Summer 2020 Update
It is with a heavy heart that we, along with our Board of Directors at Camp Longridge have come to the difficult decision to cancel summer camp 2020. This decision was based on all of the undefined elements of what it will take to operate in the midst of this ongoing COVID-19 crisis. As of today, the camping industry in South Carolina has no direct guidelines for being open to overnight campers that allow us to be in compliance with the CDC, SCDHEC and the Governor's implementation of 'Accelerate SC,' which will define the policies for operating the best practices that we would be expected to comply with. Without knowing the parameters on which decisions are being made, it makes it difficult for all the necessary time-critical situations to be completed. The Lord knows that it is our desire to see you and your students as we have excitedly planned for since last summer. We serve a God who is in complete control and our full faith is in Him as we continue to trust and seek His goodness in this time of crisis.
Join us this summer for a week jam-packed with opportunities to create memorable experiences and lasting relationships through the power of camp! Our programming incorporates high-adrenaline activities and engaging team competitions. Our dynamic worship services are designed to help campers learn and grow in Christ. This summer, We will be focusing on how and why we can develop courageous faith!
What's the only thing cooler than Summer Camp? Winter Camp! Whether your child is an experienced Camp Longridge camper, or it's their first time, Kids Winter Blast packs all the fun of a week of camp into one Christmas-spirit-filled weekend.
We currently offer one weekend winter camp, Kids Winter Blast.
Camp Scholarship Fund:
Roughly 1,000 campers attend our camps each summer. On some occasions,
we have campers who are in need of financial assistance in order for them to participate in a week of camp. Donations given to this fund will provide camp scholarships for the campers in need.
