2024 Summer Staff Application Now Open!
Camp Longridge is seeking college and high school students who are growing in their relationship with Christ. We are looking for staff who love young people and desire to see them know Christ and grow in Him.
Camp Longridge is a great place to work, with each member of our staff using their gifts and skills to serve everyone who comes through our gates. This position is paid and includes other benefits. If you are interested in serving the Lord at Camp Longridge and possess the skills and qualifications required for this position, please complete the following steps.
Application Process:
Step One: Each applicant (New or Returning) must complete the online application form in full, answering all questions. Answer honestly, all applications are kept confidential.
** Applications are not complete until you have submitted a photo of yourself.**
Step Two: Each applicant must have the online Reference Forms completed by three adults (excluding family members). Please note that references that have seen you in ministry settings are highly valued.
Step Three: Each applicant must interview with one of our directors.

Summer Staff Positions
College Staff:

Directly oversee 16-20 campers in unison with a co-counselor

Run activity classes with other staffers

Lead daily bible studies with cabin

Supervise activities at lake time

Spend time connecting with campers during lake time

Help facilitate program activities
High School Staff:

Set up and serve meals in dining hall

Clean buildings and help reset for the next day
